Welcome to the Community Outreach Program
The Community Outreach Clinic is an initiative created to bring accessible, affordable psychological services to the local community. Through this program, Licensed Professional Counselor-Associates (LPC-As) provide therapy at reduced rates, working under the clinical supervision of Dr. Noel C. Gonzalez. This model allows clients to receive high-quality care while supporting the development of emerging mental health professionals.
We are pleased to announce the expansion of our services with the opening of the Community Outreach Clinic. The clinic is an income-based program offering individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy services for children, adolescents, and adults.
Who Provides Services?
Services are delivered by Licensed Professional Counselor-Associates (LPC-As) who have completed a master’s degree that includes supervised clinical training in psychology and/or marriage and family therapy. They are licensed by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors and are authorized to practice psychotherapy under supervision as they work toward full licensure.
All interns receive weekly supervision with Dr. Noel C. Gonzalez, who serves as the Training Director and LPC Supervisor. Sessions are conducted in accordance with the highest standards of ethical and evidence-based care.

Fees and Insurance
Reduced-fee sessions are available through the Community Outreach Clinic.
While we do not accept insurance, we can provide a superbill (detailed receipt) upon request, which clients may submit to their insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Fixed reduced rate
During your intake consultation, we will review options and tailor the payment plan to your budget.
